		<description>This is a great cartoon, it shows how far Andy will sometimes go to save money. I love when the dog catcher&#039;s eyes act like little people, and the gag where Dizzy flops around like a fish when he catches the steak. It would be fun to have a dog like Dizzy, even if (unlike Milo the Great) he hasn&#039;t got the gift of speech.</description>
